Hotel L'Oie Des Neiges - Levis

The venue was fairly clean and reasonably spacious. Very impressed with privilege king room with 2 beds. Amazing food in the indoor restaurant.

The location was awful, it's a pitty.

Overall it was modern with balcony.

Actually, the room was immaculate with balconies, it also had wake-up service.

Clean, good facilities, pool, hot tub excellent. Well managed, in spite of fact they did could not find my reservation. They upgraded my room after figuring out the mix-up.

The hotel is clean, and the pool area feels almost tropical, which the kids loved. The breakfast options could definitely be improved, as they felt a bit too basic and not very classy. It worked well for a family stay.

Decent for a Short Stay Despite Some Issues

The room was comfortable for my family, and the pool provided a great area for kids to enjoy. While the breakfast offerings were lacking, we found a nearby cafe that served excellent pastries. Bring some snacks for kids when you check in!

Couple's experience for an adventurous trip

We enjoyed the pool area, it was all glass with sunlight and birds tweeting around. The room was nice and clean the staff were friendly too, especially the bartender who made us great cocktails.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for the experience we had.

We had an amazing group trip! The pool area was great to hang out in, and we loved checking out the local restaurants. Don't miss exploring the nearby attractions and trying out the segway tours. They were a blast. Clean, spacious rooms.

When we returned to breakfast one morning, we experienced a frustrating situation when my wife was denied entry because she forgot her phone. The receptionist was rude when she sought help, leaving us feeling unwelcome. It put a damper on our stay, even though the facilities were nice. One last note, the telephone to reception in our room didn't work, and it wasn't replaced . This kind of service could definitely improve.
